Alex's Prenatal classes will prepare you for a peaceful, happy, healthy pregnancy and birth.

You will take time to self-care and connect with your baby while learning useful guidelines and techniques to practice yoga safely throughout your pregnancy and all the way into delivery.


This practice will energize, strengthen and open your body. You will flow trough skillfully sequenced movements to relieve tension. We will work on mindful breathing to improve the nervous system for you and your baby as well as help prepare you for later stages of pregnancy and labor. Relaxation/meditation methods will relieve your mind from anxiety or distractions and bring you into a state of peace, calm and bliss.
