Connect to baby, return to your body and self-care

This Yoga class is geared toward the postpartum body. 
You will bond and move with baby (age 6 weeks and up), while reconnecting to your core safely, strengthening and lengthening our body and releasing new mommy tensions. We will self-care fiercely so you will be better able to care for your baby and everyone around you. This way you will be able to wear your mom, sister, daughter, wife, partner hat more confident, content and easeful.
Breathe, move, release and sing for and with your baby together.
