YOGA CORE&MORE - ALL LEVELS

Core&More is an exciting fusion of ancient traditional yoga poses (asanas) and new research-based human anatomy, with connective tissue (fascia) in mind.  In this class you will flow safely from pose to pose, incorporating along the way elements from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with additional low impact, core-strengthening, feel-good benefits!  The class is designed to create steam that will strengthen, lengthen, detox, and invigorate your body and mind.  All movement is intentionally linked to the breath (pranayama), bringing you into your body and the present moment for optimal alignment and benefits.  I provide options and modifications throughout so that you can exert more energy, or slow things down, depending on what you need.  Let me guide you in a safe, fun, exhilarating practice that fits your needs!

YOGA WEIGHT&RESIST

Weight&Resist was born out of my own need to keep my body strong during the pandemic.  In this class, we incorporate into the yoga practice light weights and/or wrist/ankle weights, as well as resistance bands, allowing us to concentrate on our fast twitch muscles and overall muscle strength, while elevating our heart rates, staminas, and coordinations.  This class is low-impact and only 30 - 40 minutes, but yields big results!  You will notice a quick elevation in your yoga practice, maintain your muscle mass, lubricate your joints, and hydrate your connective tissue (fascia).  Step out of your comfort zone, and try something new— Weight&Resist works for anyone.  Just wait, you can’t resist!
